01

AC Repair

Air conditioning repair that starts with the cause.

Warm air from the vents, weak airflow, water around the indoor equipment or an outdoor unit that will not start can have different causes. An effective repair begins by checking how the system is operating rather than assuming a single part is responsible. Tell us whether the problem is constant, happens at a particular time of day or started after a recent service visit.

North East provides central air conditioning repair and troubleshooting. The service assessment can address thermostat operation, indoor and outdoor equipment, airflow and condensate drainage as relevant to the symptoms. If the findings point to a refrigerant problem, discuss the condition of the system and the appropriate repair before treating a recharge as the complete solution.

  • No cooling or air that feels warmer than expected
  • Weak airflow, frequent cycling or unusual operating noises
  • Water around the indoor equipment or a recurring cooling problem
02

Furnaces & Boilers

Heating service for furnaces and boilers.

A furnace distributes heat through moving air, while a boiler serves a water- or steam-based heating system. A cold room in a boiler-heated home calls for a different evaluation than weak airflow from a furnace. Start by telling us the equipment type, fuel source and whether the entire building or just one area has lost heat.

We provide furnace and boiler service, repair and installation. A visit focuses on the equipment and the reported problem, with an explanation of the findings and proposed work. For replacement projects, we discuss the existing system, distribution, controls and the heating needs of the property. You do not need to know the name of every component before calling; a model number or equipment photo can help us identify the system.

  • No heat, intermittent heat or rooms that do not reach temperature
  • Furnace and boiler repair or replacement
  • Heating upgrades coordinated with renovations and additions
03

Installation & Replacement

A replacement is more than swapping the outdoor unit.

The right installation considers the building as well as the equipment. Room layout, existing ductwork, insulation, windows and how the space is used all matter when planning a heating and cooling system. Replacing equipment with a larger unit simply because the old system struggled may leave the underlying comfort problem unresolved.

Bring your priorities to the estimate: quieter operation, better comfort upstairs, updated controls, replacement of aging equipment or a new room that needs heating and cooling. We will discuss the proposed equipment, installation scope and any related work. Review what is included in removal, connections, startup, controls and documentation so you can compare complete proposals.

  • Central air and heating equipment replacements
  • New construction and renovation HVAC planning
  • Written scope covering equipment and installation work
04

Heat Pumps

Heating and cooling from one system.

An air-source heat pump moves heat between your home and outdoors to provide heating or cooling. A suitable system must be selected for the property and its winter heating needs. Equipment capacity, the existing distribution system and any supplemental heat should be considered together.

North East installs heat pumps and can discuss repair or replacement needs for your existing equipment. When considering a change from another heating system, the conversation includes the current fuel source, comfort priorities and the installation requirements. A heat pump is not automatically the best fit for every property; the choice should be based on the building and the complete proposed system.

  • Heat pump installation and replacement planning
  • Heating and cooling performance concerns
  • Equipment selection based on the property
05

Ductless Mini-Splits

Comfort where conventional ductwork is difficult.

Ductless systems connect an outdoor unit to one or more indoor units without requiring a conventional duct system for those spaces. They are an option to consider for additions, converted rooms and homes where extending existing ducts is impractical. Choosing the indoor-unit locations is part of the design, not an afterthought.

We provide ductless mini-split installation. Planning includes the rooms to be served, unit placement, the route for connecting lines, drainage and access for future service. If several rooms need conditioning, discuss how each area will be controlled and whether the proposed arrangement meets their heating and cooling needs.

  • Additions and rooms without existing ductwork
  • Single-area and multiple-area system planning
  • Indoor and outdoor placement coordinated with the home
06

Air Quality & Controls

Look beyond the thermostat reading.

A home can reach its set temperature and still feel uncomfortable. Uneven airflow, persistent humidity or overly dry air deserve a conversation about the whole system. North East offers indoor air quality options, including filtration and purification products, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and ventilation solutions.

The first step is describing the concern. Equipment should be selected for its purpose and compatibility with the HVAC system; no single accessory solves every air-quality issue. We also install smart thermostats. Compatibility with the equipment, available wiring and the way the household uses the space should be reviewed before selecting a control.

  • Humidity, ventilation and filtration options
  • Smart thermostat installation and compatibility
  • Comfort concerns that involve more than temperature
07

Seasonal Care

Maintenance with attention to the actual equipment.

Maintenance gives a technician an opportunity to inspect operation and identify concerns before the next period of heavy use. Airflow, filters, coils and condensate drainage are among the items that can matter for air conditioning; the appropriate checks depend on the system. A maintenance visit is different from a diagnostic appointment for a system that is already failing.

Tell us about any current symptoms when scheduling so the visit can be planned correctly. For ongoing coverage, review the Maintenance Plans tab and discuss the number of systems, included visits and applicable equipment. Repairs, replacement parts and specialized cleaning should be clearly identified in the agreement rather than assumed to be included.

  • Seasonal service for heating and cooling
  • Equipment-specific maintenance discussions
  • Options for homes with more than one system

A CLOSER LOOK

Repair today. Plan for the seasons ahead.

An uncomfortable room, a system that runs constantly or equipment that will not turn on can all point to different problems. We start with the symptoms and the equipment you already have, then discuss the service or replacement options that fit your home. When a new system is the right next step, the conversation should include comfort needs, the existing installation and the scope of the work—not just the equipment price.

WHAT TO EXPECT

02

HELPFUL ANSWERS

Your questions,
answered.

Have a question about your property?
Call 732-305-0082

Should I repair or replace my system?

That depends on its condition, the repair needed, previous problems and your plans for the home. A service assessment gives you a more useful basis for comparing the options than age alone.

Can you help with a new installation?

Yes. We handle HVAC installations as well as service and maintenance. Tell us whether this is an existing home, replacement, remodel or addition.

What should I have ready when I call?

Your address, the type of system, a description of the issue and any equipment model information you can easily access. Let us know about previous repairs or recurring issues.
