General Contracting

A project is easier to manage when the work, selections and responsibilities are clear. Discuss who supplies materials, which tasks are included and how hidden conditions will be handled. An allowance for an undecided finish is different from a fixed product selection.
North East offers general contracting alongside remodeling and additions. The proposal should identify the work being coordinated and the sequence needed to complete it. Changes during construction should be reviewed for their effect on price and schedule before they become part of the job.

HVAC & Plumbing

A new room needs a plan for comfort, and a new bathroom needs a plan for water supply and drainage. Extending an existing system may not be suitable without evaluating capacity and the new layout.
