OUR EQUIPMENT DEALERSHIPS
We are dealers for these brands—and we service all brands.
We are a Navien dealer and offer Navien tankless water heaters. Selecting a system includes reviewing simultaneous hot-water use, incoming-water conditions and the installation requirements. A conversion from a tank-style heater should account for the complete scope, including the connections, venting where applicable and service access.
Explore manufacturer equipment ↗We are a Bradford White dealer and offer Bradford White water heaters for hot-water replacement and installation projects. Our team can discuss equipment that suits your household demand, available space and existing setup. Confirm the proposed model, included installation work and product-specific warranty information with your quote.
Explore manufacturer equipment ↗Leaks & Pipe Repair
A damp cabinet, a stain on a ceiling or moisture near an exposed pipe can be the first clue to a plumbing issue. The water you see is not always directly beneath its source. Describe where it appears, when it happens and whether it changes when a particular fixture is used.
North East provides leak detection, pipe repair and replacement. The location and accessibility of the piping influence the work involved. Before a repair proceeds, discuss how the affected area will be accessed and whether opening or restoring walls, ceilings or cabinetry is part of the scope. A clearly defined repair helps separate the plumbing work from any associated finish work.
Water Heaters
No hot water, inconsistent temperature and a leak near the heater are different symptoms. Tell us whether the issue affects every fixture, whether hot water returns after a wait and whether the equipment shows a message or code. The heater type, age and service history help make the discussion more useful.
We service and install traditional tank and tankless water heaters. A replacement conversation includes household demand, equipment location and the existing connections. The best choice is not determined by tank size or a product headline alone. Review the complete installation requirements and maintenance needs alongside the price.
Tank or Tankless
A storage water heater keeps a supply of heated water in a tank. A tankless unit heats water as it flows through the equipment, but its output is still limited by capacity. Running several fixtures at once and the temperature of incoming water affect tankless sizing.
For a conversion, the existing installation may need changes beyond replacing the heater. Discuss fuel or electrical supply, venting where applicable, condensate requirements and available space. The evaluation should also cover routine service access. We can explain the options for your home so you can compare the complete project rather than assuming tankless equipment is a direct replacement.
Toilets & Fixtures
A running toilet, dripping faucet or leaking sink connection can be easy to live with until it becomes a bigger inconvenience. Tell us whether the problem is a leak, poor operation or a damaged fixture. Repairing an internal part and replacing the entire fixture are different scopes of work.
We repair and replace toilets, faucets, sinks and garbage disposals. If you have already selected a product, share its model information before scheduling installation. Dimensions, connection locations and compatibility can affect the job. For a bathroom or kitchen update, combine fixture decisions with the overall plumbing layout before finishes are installed.
Sump Pumps
A sump pump is part of a system that collects and moves water from a sump pit. A problem may involve the pump, float operation, power supply or discharge arrangement. Tell us what the pump is doing and whether the concern occurs only during rainfall or is present at other times.
North East offers sump pump repair, replacement and installation. The assessment should consider the existing setup and access to the discharge route. A working pump is one part of managing water around a property; it does not address every possible cause of basement moisture. Discuss what the proposed work is intended to resolve.
Water Pressure
A pressure concern at one faucet may call for a different investigation from a sudden change throughout the property. Let us know whether both hot and cold water are affected, whether neighboring fixtures behave normally and whether the problem changes when several fixtures run together.
We diagnose high- and low-pressure concerns and discuss the appropriate next step. The assessment may need to distinguish a fixture restriction from a broader supply or piping issue. Sharing when the change started and whether any recent work occurred helps focus the investigation.
Remodeling & New Piping
Moving a sink, adding a bathroom or changing the kitchen layout affects more than the visible fixtures. Water supply, drainage, venting and access all need to be considered as part of the project. Early planning can make the relationship between the plumbing work and the finished space much clearer.
North East provides new plumbing installations and piping work for renovations and construction. Share drawings, fixture selections and the intended layout when available. We also offer general contracting and remodeling, which allows those conversations to happen around the same project. Confirm how plumbing, finishes and any required inspections are addressed in the proposed scope.
Drains & Backflow
Slow drains and recurring backups are covered in our Drain Cleaning tab, including the difference between mechanical snaking and hydro jetting. A drainage problem is distinct from a water-supply leak, so describe what happens and which fixtures are involved when requesting service.
For backflow inspections, visit the dedicated page and have your water provider’s notice available. It helps identify the device, requested inspection or test, documentation and deadline. These services can be discussed with our plumbing team while keeping the scope of each appointment clear.
