John and Steven installed a whole house humidifier today and I was impressed with their service. They were professional, prompt, took pride in their work, and left the area clean and neat. They took time to walk me through maintenance of the unit and how it works so I feel confident with the maintenance. We got several quotes for the work and theirs was reasonable and I’m glad we chose them to do the job. I’d recommend them!
We have a seasonal maintenance contract with North East Home Services and recently discovered a leak under our furnace only a few months after our fall service. We put in a call on a Saturday and received a prompt return call to set up an appointment for Monday. We had a time range for the service, and were thankful to get a call that the tech was running late and why. Upon arrival, the tech spent a lengthy amount of time checking out our system even though the water from the leak had dried up prior to Monday morning.North East has provided great service and their techs are helpful and efficient.
